It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen (67 m2). The rent is 600 euro/month included additional cost. The security deposit is 1450 euro, and you get it back when you decide to leave the apartment (you will have to give me at least 30 days notice). | Ihr Kommentar / Ihre Erklärungen | Anderer Nutzer hat wohl geantwortet und sollte eine Monatsmiete im voraus ohne Besichtigung überweisen, Schlüssel würde über AirBnB kommen, diesen Service gibt es gar nicht. Also Finger weg. |

In Berlin das gleiche von valeriapoduval52@hotmal.com, bezüglich einer Wohnung in der Niederlagstr. 3, 10117 Berlin. Die Wohnung war erstaunlich günstig. Unten die zweite Email, nachdem ich auf das Inserat in Immoscout und ihre erste Email geantwortet hatte, hier wurde ich hellhörig. Was soll das mit Airbnb? Wer ist der "Owner"? Definitiv Betrug.
