Ordered from jewelrylove.ru, got an email back that my order was ok, order shipped. After 5 days stopped moving. Sent an email to service@b2cplay.com and keep getting automated responses. Noticed something dodgy right after I pressed “pay” on the website but when I got a confirmation email I thought that it was going to be ok. Well, I fell for a €50 Scam...

I bought several jewelleries on this website on october 14th of 2020. But i still didn’t get my delivery yet.So i tried to track the delivery information. But i can’t open this website anymore. This website just disappeared on google main website. Then i found it again from website history. No delivery information at all, no contact information. But the website looks so real, it’s very stupid of me, I lost 108.5 Euro.Is there some way to get my money back?
