    placed an order. never received material. now web site is no longer there.

    I'm involved with RedXstore with a similar situation. I have their address and.

    will report them to the local police. Their web site is gone.

    I just was scammed too for a Yeti cooler. They did respond to my email at first asking how long it would take to ship. They said 6-8 business days. Well needless to say we are well beyond that and now. I response. Their phone number that was listed on my cc post, by my company, of course says the subscriber is not taking calls. The website is still up however. I just checked it.

    Exact same thing happened to me with a yeti cooler. Highly disappointed. i'll be disputing with my credit card company

    Bought a printer from this site. Got an email today saying item was not in stock. I should expect a refund in 7 to 21 days. Their website is now gone.

    I ordered a hard drive from this website they gaurenteed 2 to 3 days the item would ship. Everytime I went to my order it never made it past processing status. This is scam!

    Hello, how can we get our money back? We paid 90€ for hiking shoes, they sent fake cheap belt and don't want to send our money back, only 42%!

    Fraud. Already disputed with my bank. Had to get a new card

    They never sent my hard drive, said 6-8 business days for delivery, but never made it past "processing". Then, your item wasn't in stock, should be refunded in 24-48 hours (no such luck); BOOM, website down. Never again!

    Chalk up another one for a yeti cooler that my son saved his money for. So I got the job of telling him that his cooler is not coming. There is a place in hell for mr and ms red x. We will keep checking for more info.

    Did the yeti cooler purchase. Then got an email stating that they couldn't fulfill my order and I'd get a refund in 7-21 business days. Called my bank to dispute charges. After my bank looked into Redx and my bank saw that Redx set up my bank account to do recurring charges. This merchant is super fraudulent. CALL YOUR BANK TO PREVENT FUTURE CHARGES.

    RedXStore is a criminal operation, I suspect no more than 2 or 3 people who list items through 3rd party sellers at below cost prices. After they have your payment, they send a cheaper "wrong" item or in some cases, RedX will tell you you are being refunded when nothing of the sort happens. Nonetheless, they do leave a trail. If you have been robbed by these criminals, by all means alert your CC Carrier and they will put their fraud investigators to work - and put RedX in the slammer.

    I was an idiot to try to buy a hard drive from them. Their website looked cheap, it wasn't backed by any guarantees like eBay, and it was named for something that happens when a page or image doesn't load properly. Thank goodness for Capital One protecting me and refunding my money.
