Ordered Wingspan and it was supposedly delivered to an address that was not mine, according to UPS. Tried to reach someone at the company, but their e-mail bounces back. There is no phone number attached to the account.

    I share your pain Dina.

I also tried to order Wingspan and they did the same scam to me. When I called UPS they stated "we cannot disclose the street name or addressee, only the city and state." Paypal's Rep stated "we only verify the City/State on the tracking number. If those match, we automatically resolve the dispute in favor of the Seller."

My only hope is to write my own letter, take it into a UPS and pray that I meet a human being who will actually help me. UPS over the phone would at least verify that it had a completely different person's name and street address, and was not sent to mine but that does me no good unless it's in writing.

This fraud is clearly just mailing empty boxes to addresses within the same zip code because they know Paypal won't do anything to stop them.... Read more

Exactly what Johnny and Dina said. Ordered a car seat, seller shipped something weighing less than a pound. Paypal is favoring the seller because of the city state thing even though the delivery said left with reception and clearly my house doesn't have that.

Same thing happened to me. Ordered a 7lb item but get a tracking number for a item at 0.1lbs that never arrived. I have porch camera confirming that nothing was delivered on day of question. PayPal is absolutely no use and sides with seller (John Leu) since he provided a fake tracking number. Never using PayPal again for any purchase since they do not provide customer service or any scam protection.
