Their telephone number indicates its in China. Last 3 things I bought directly from China were knockoffs advertised as the real thing.

I bought a compost bin last week for $40 which is listed for over $90 on all the other sites. But I haven't got any email from this site and their contact number is not working. I speak Chinese so I actually tried their +86(China) number, but failed. I was about to file a claim with PayPal but surprisingly found a tracking number on PayPal. It shows a package is on the way to US via China Post. I'm curious to see where this package goes and what's in it. I'll keep you updated once I got more info.

A couple of weird things about this site: 1. Its home page sells clothes and jewelries but I'm buying a compost bin from it. LOL. 2. I got the shopping link by googling the item directly. It redirected me to with the item info. but if I search the item from Joepretty homepage, I couldn't find it. 3. I paid by PayPal for my order. But when I tested a dress from its homepage, it only accepts Credit Card. 4. The tracking number I got shows that the item was received by China Post two days after I placed the order, which seems right, but the label was created a day before I placed the order. LOL.... I was a little suspicious about ordering a TP-Link system from apparel site, but since I could use PayPal I decided to take the risk for about 50% US retail. Besides my PayPal receipt, I didn’t get an order confirmation or shipment notice. I sent a couple of messages to their ‘Contact’ link and to the Paypal email addres with no response. However a China Post tracking number was reported on PayPal about 6 days after my order and China Post shows something headed to the US expected to arrive after a total transit time of 22-24 days. I’ll try to give an update then.

It’s been almost 6 weeks since placing my order, and despite recieving a trackingnumber, the item has not arrived at my home. So, I’m initiating a refund request with PayPal.
