If you are on this site to check reviews for otosiponline then trust me you already have been scammed. They will take your money and add an additional $5 ( maybe for their CC processing fee) and not post it on your payment receipt. I have an item “pending “ for 8 days. And yes, the item I “purchase “ was at an all time low of half the price.

Definently scam. Order placed 10/26, received ten cent ring in the mail instead of jacket purchased. Have filed multiple complaints and am seeking legal action. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!

Yes, I ordered Motorecycle parts 27 October, I have not received any emails advising of items shipped or any tracking info. Parts only available in Australia from genuine Triumph supplies at very high price. These were quarter the genuine price. I have sent three emails with no reply. So yes I have learnt another lesson. I have been checking my bank account every day

Ordered a motorcycle sprocket and after 23 days a cheap piece of jewellery arrived from a Chinese site, with no mention of Otosiponline. Hopefully someone else's mistake as I did not order that! Meantime I wait for the sprocket to arrive, and hope that it does. Early days yet.

I ordered a set of VW beetle headlights back on October 15th. 2 days ago I received a cheap necklace from China. At first I didn’t put 2 and 2 together until I read here that others were also receiving cheap jewelry from China. I’ve contacted my credit card company and place a fraudulent seller and website case with them. I’m not as concerned about the money I lost, it was only $50, I am more concerned that my personal information is in the hands of some scumbags in China.

This is an elaborate scam over numerous websites, and coming back to service (a number) The usual advice about order accepted, order sent, and when advised not arrived within 30 days a further email came with a tracking number. The tracking number was on the package of the piece of cheap kids jewellery ($2 value) so my $50 motorcycle sprocket ordered and "sent" has evaporated. I dont believe they had one anyway. I cancelled my Mastercard weeks ago, so am out of pocket just for $50.
Seems everybody is recieving a piece of crap jewellery from China, so I get my credit card company to try and reverse the payment. Good luck to me and others.

The scarier thing is we ordered snowmobile boots from this website this website and the first sale went through. we decided this was a good deal so we did it again and the second one didnt. the website prompted us to call an 855 number to get the sale verified. when i called this it claimed to be my credit union and was asking for my entire credit card number. I knew then that something was wrong. the person on the phone answered the phone as my credit union. then they tried to get me to use a different credit card. i contacted the fbi on this one and gave them all of the information. bank took care of the fraud tran that went through but had to cancel my card and get a new one.
