I ordered 2 Sega Star Globes before Christmas with extra disk for each unit. We did receive a small bubble wrap envelope with the 4 disks but no projector star globes!
I have emailed these scumbags and they keep playing the "customer support" role ending with "we will give you 20% back" and recommended we sell the disks to make up the rest.
Why would they send just the discs and not the Globes with discs in the box? Waste of shipping if they werelegit and it would reflect they are at the very least, incompetent.
These pos criminals need to be stopped.
I told them they may have my money but their fellow countrymen will lose further orders from Facebook or China direct.
Scum is all I can say.

They got me too. Took my money, and extra for the joke they call VIP shipping. I ordered a Sega Star Globe. Like you, I received only a disk. They do not reply to any of the emails they provide. I have reported this to my state's Attorney General. .

They own dozens of websites offering product. As an ex-developer, it appears to me that these sites are generated automatically. If I wasn't so angry, I would be impressed. I am not going to just sit around and let them get away with stealing my money. I have uncovered several more points of contact. This is an extensive network, highly organized, and is layered like an onion. I am certain they have a legal entity here in the states. If I find it, I am going for the jugular.

Since we are in the peak season, the volume is very large, and there are many customers asking questions, so we will reply to your email as soon as possible. Don't worry, if I haven't responded to you in 3 days, please continue to contact me, thank you very much for your understanding! Have a nice day today! Best wishes, customer service center".

I used Shopify to purchase a Fitbit lite from a Chinese retailer called Yaya AKA Yaya Toys. The shop has since been taken down. It was a frustrating nightmare. They used delay tactics and it took about 90 days to receive the item. The email convos just went in circles with them seeming to completely ignore what I was saying and just reply with a generic robotic statement. Perhaps it actually was AI replying. Oddly though, they eventually sent a reverse-engineered Chinese designed copy of a FitBit called a C12. I have initiated a buyer protection fraud claim with Paypal, but honestly, it is a very slow process and I am weary of a positive outcome even with PayPal. Here are two email addresses they used: via Read more

bought a cat tower from Milcats store, which doesn't exist anymore. It was a Facebook ad. They took the money and I never received a product. Been emailing with for 2 months now, with them giving me the runaround like someone else had said, asking for various proof of purchases.

I purchase a wall boxing device & sent a meta Quick puncher instead. They are professional scammers with advertising one thing and send out a different thing , then once you complain all they do offer you 10% refund

Scammed on the putting set as well. Have been arguing with them and got them up to a 40% refund. Advertisement so professional it’s hard to verify it’s a scam ahead of time. How can we stop them?

I bought a rack for the kitchen and after more than 3 months, I received something that is not what I bought. The item I received is not the product I bought. Please send me the product you buy or else give me my money back.

  • Bobby 07/09/2020 at 09:47 PM

I bought the kitchen rack and have not even received anything at all. It has almost been three months even though I paid for priority shipping also. I believe this might be a scam even in light of covid conditions.
