I ordered several multifunction saws and some replacement blades a few months ago . I received the replacement blades but not the three saws I ordered. Please help me

I ordered a polishing machine with the sand paper and got only the sand paper ($25 for sand paper? ).
I e-mailed to let them know , they told me that I got my order (took over 110 days to received).Asked for a return label and refund , received nothing.
I'm going to see what paypal can do. Richard -

i sent for the multi functional saw months and months ago. i recieved blades and not the saw.i did contact them they said thats what i ordered. i did not pay 54.00 for three blades and no saw to use them on. but they told me i had to buy the one with the nine blades in order to get the saw with it .so another 114..00 and 9 blades later still no saw. 168.00 total and no fucking saw to use my 9 fucking blades on.
