I received the same reply after inquiry about Stella. We realized while trying to arrange payment that this was a possible scam. Requested a phone call which did not happen. We were out. I can almost guarantee I can find same 11 week 3 day old Stella for sale in 6 months on their website. I believe it’s a scam but lost no money. Buyer beware. Honestly we were heartbroken about not getting puppy but glad we learned valuable lesson.
That's a shame...
