| Your comments / analysis | The site is a Delaware company located in China where they drop ship the private label clothing. I ordered a garment based on the sizes and lengths of the models. The clothing is really for petite and super short people. I speced the garment and none of the measurements match-up. They say that they accept returns but they don't and they don't care. So tall people beware! Don't buy from them. Also, the chemical smell from the garments are overwhelming and can't be good for you! |

I had the same problem!! I bought a winter coat for my daughter and it was to small the same day I received it in the mail I tried to email to receive refund and ship back they said with covid they can't receive returns. So I asked what am I to do with a jacket too small they basically told me to eat it. They refunded me 36.00 of over 136.00 that's crap awful company!!

The same thing ALSO happened to me! I ordered snow pants for my daughter, when they arrived they were much too large and the color was way off from what the pictures showed. I also emailed the same day to inquire about the return process and they told me their US warehouse is closed and couldn’t accept the return and offered me $21 of the $140 I paid. Now they won’t return my emails, they simply delete all my bad reviews.
