Your comments / analysis	I ordered a winter snow vest via a Facebook ad for my son for Christmas. It came very late and is not what I ordered. No invoice with the package just a small card with the email above on it for customer support. I emailed to say I wanted to return the vest for a full refund. They wrote back to say no refund as the product was delivered. They won't give me a phone number, company name or address. Really disappointed.
