Because of the high shipping cost ($15.00) and their offer of free shipping for orders of $30 and more, I tried to purchase three. The order was rejected with an error message that makes no sense: "Sorry, payment is failure, the reason is: 1112:exceed payment amount per day."
Su Comentario / ExplicaciónI have been the exclusive distributor for this product for more than two years - and still am - for the United States. It is not possible that thhe manufacturer has authorized this site to sell this product.

    I purchased a facet back the first of October. They were quick to take the payment, however, never received the product. I have contacted them 4 times with no reply. No tracking number supplied and order still shows pending.

    DO NOT order anything from this company.

    Your order will never go beyond "Pending" stage. They also do not respond to any inquiries. Joke of a site. Do not order from here!

    Bon ce site est vraiment un site escrocs, je viens de recevoir mon "colis" ma commande était de 76 Dollars environs, pour 8 pièces pour ma chaudière à granule, surprise on ouvre le colis et dedans il y a un collier en toc pour 76 Dollars n'achetez rien ATTENTION ils ont plusieurs site fake!!!!!!!!!

    I too have been robbed by this so called Got order confirmation, but no tracking number. Have sent numerous emails with no response! It’s been a month now and I have yet to receive my order. Have no phone contact information on website!

    They have stolen my product photo and have not responded to my cease and desist letters.

    Once we receive the returned product, we will arrange you refund as soon as possible.
    If you keep our product, we would like to rise our compensation to 15%.
    So we advise you to accept our proposal.
