I need an address or phone number for Highlifetec also as I ordered 6 medium dog harnesses for 6 20pound doxies. They sent me 3 small and 3 mediums and billed me for 6 medium for $103,37, invoice/account number 402935773 and package arrived with no invoice, inside, no contact and return address SHIP FROM Dept CA #1169, 13725 Pipeline Ave., Chino, CA 91710. This is a scam!!!!!

I ordered 3 heating vests on Nov 12 and they are not here yet 11 days later. I am cancelling and refunding thru paypal.
Never order anything off a afacebook page. This is the second time I bought off a facebook page and No bueno. No email, tracking or anything. phone number on my bank statement if paypal number.
