I was scammed too. I bought 2 pairs of Ugg boots, but they are FAKE! I’ve tried multiple times to return the shoes, but they are giving me the run around, told me it’s too expensive to ship them back, then asking me to “pay a little more money” for replacement boots! I turned this scam in to my credit card and they are investigating, so hopefully I’ll get my money refunded by my CC. I got another email from them today complaining that I’ve contested the purchase with my card. They said I’ve cheated them because I want the shoes AND my refund. I just repeat that I DON’T want these junk boots and I’ll donate them if they don’t want them back. This place is a scam and a joke. I’ve saved all the emails from them, they are so totally unprofessio... Leggi di più

I purchased thinking this was a genuine website as it looked professional ! Came to the top of ‘Google’ search, so for some stupid reason I thought it was a safe site! It originally showed up as ‘GriffeyShoes.com’ then changed to ‘Shoes@vip-custom-service.com’ but the company that charged my card was ‘Treeandgreen’? So my payment/ transaction was declined by my bank at first , but I was told because the seller re-presented the payment it went through? I was annoyed that my bank seemed to know they were scammers, as The lady I spoke to asked if I knew it was a ‘Chinese’ website that I was buying from to which I replied ‘No’ as everything was displayed in ‘$’ and the Webpage looked professional? How would I know? So this was the First red fla... Leggi di più

Have had the same thing, ordered a leather bag, they sent a cheap random handbag, refuse to accept the return or refund my payment, too expensive to return etc. Told me to sell it!! Paid £86 and the cheap plastic bag I revieved wouldn't raise a fiver.
The site was www.hayaccupuncture.co.uk, stated it was UK company, fully guaranteed and accepted returns. I knew something was wrong when the payment confirmation came from Shisheng Trading - China.

I had all the same problems as everyone above, on top of which I found that the company had debated £83.50 from my account rather than the agreed £73. The first post asked 'what do I do to get my money back????' The answer thankfully is pretty simple: a bank process called Chargeback. A chargeback happens when a buyer asks their credit card issuer to reverse a transaction that has already cleared. I raised a Chargeback request with my bank card fraud in the end, submitting an image of the goods, all the evidence that they were counterfeit, and a record of all my emails to the company and their ridiculous responses. Within 10 days I received a full refund from the bank. Today I received yet another email from the company "But why you dispute... Leggi di più

I wish I would have done more investigating before I used this website. I hate to say that I was scammed, too but I was. I list my temper completely furious and told them so in colorful language. I've now learned that I can do a chargeback and I plan to do that..BEWARE!!!
