Contenu de l'arnaquej´ai payé 165 euro pour un COC pour une opel sur le site de certifauto.com
je n´ai rien reçu
on m´a demandé 210 euro supplémentaires pour "finaliser ma commande"
j´ai demandé un remboursement
Commentaire / Explicationsje me suis fait avoir de 165 euro pour rien
j´attend toujours le remboursement que j´ai pourtant demandé durant les 7 jours légaux de rétractation

    I mistakenly ordered a Certificate of Conformity to import a British car into France. The Certifauto.com website said they speak English and that they could do the transaction quickly- possibly within 5 days. I needed the document to get a French carte grise/ log book. I paid 155€ for the service.

    After a few days I received an email stating that they needed more information. BUT for an extra 50€ they would continue. The email also stated that I could cancel by ringing their company. By this time I had read unfavourable reviews and I was unwilling to risk good money after bad. I wanted to cancel.

    At this point I encountered a member of their telephone staff: he spoke very quickly in French...demanding the last 5 digits of my car chassis number. I was too slow to react and was told "Wait". This happened four or five times. Eventually, the man who said he had little English said: "Gimme the f..king numbers"...and then..."Are you deaf?"...."I'm speaking your stupid f..king language......."... Lire la suite

    This is a dreadful activity. How can they simply refuse to answer emails, keep money after cancellations and employ call centre staff who swear at their clients?
