I thank you for your prompt reply and am glad to announce to you that the delegates have decided to proceed with the booking.

I wish to inform you that our trip is been sponsored by a UK company.

However, I have contacted our sponsor about the issue of payment and he advised that payment will come by cheque in order to be rest assured that we have your booking as well as everything being in place before our arrival.

Our sponsor will send a Certified Bank Cheque to you that will cover your expenses.

Kindly provide the following details, so that the cheque will be written in your preferred name and forwarded to you immediately inorder to confirm our reservation with you;

* Your full name OR company's name (as to be written on the cheque);
* Your address for the delivery of the cheque payment;
* Your valid telephone number for further correspondence;
* Your fax number if you have any;
" Total cost of the booking

All bank charges and tax will be deducted from the cheque payment. Please remember that this requires prompt response while we look forward to a wonderful and memorable visit to your facility.
